Tommy’s started out in 1999 as a boutique agency and grew quickly. Now a household name in real estate, Tommy’s has its head office in Wellington City and franchised offices in Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Eastbourne, Mana, Kapiti, Tawa, Whitby and most recently, the Wairarapa.

Our culture of co-operation, teamwork and support has made Tommy’s one of the most successful real estate companies per capita in the region (we currently sell 1 in 3 houses in Wellington City), and we continue to invest in and explore new ways to improve what we do.

Apart from excelling in residential sales, we are also experts in developments sales. We bring a modern approach to selling new developments and marketing. The head office currently transacts the most development sales in Wellington City.

In the last 20 years, Tommy’s salespeople have sold more than 16,500 homes between Seatoun and Churton Park, representing about a third of all homes within the Wellington City head office area alone.

Apart from being a successful home-grown company, we are passionate about making a difference in our local Wellington community. We believe it’s our responsibility to give back to the community who support us daily.

We are a major supporter of the New Zealand only free ambulance service – Wellington Free Ambulance. Apart from donating money to the organization, we have also successfully created multiple fundraising campaigns to raise additional money so we can keep their service running for Wellingtonians.
