In this role, Elzer will provide content focusing on skill development for leaders, managers and sales associates, including online courses, webinars and other resources. Founder and president of The Training Academy LLC, Elzer is a nationally acclaimed speaker, trainer and consultant with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry who is widely known for his powerful skill-based programs.
