CHICAGO – (March 28, 2022) – Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® honored top-performing member firms and individuals at its recent conference at Wynn Las Vegas. Awards were presented in a variety of categories, ranging from referral excellence to business leadership to innovation, with LeadingRE Chairman of the Board Mike Pappas from The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties (Miami, FL) presenting the awards.
According to LeadingRE President/CEO Paul Boomsma, the awards presentation was a highlight of the annual Conference Week, which attracted nearly 2,000 attendees. “It is a true pleasure to have the opportunity to come together and celebrate our members’ successes and pay tribute to them for their dedication to their communities and to our network,” Boomsma said.
LeadingRE’s top company honor, the Diamond Award, went to the company in each size category based on superior engagement and performance in all of LeadingRE’s business programs. Receiving the Diamond Award were Allen Tate Company (Charlotte, NC); Lyon Real Estate – A Windermere Company (Sacramento, CA); Kentwood Real Estate (Denver, CO); Arizona Best Real Estate (Scottsdale, AZ); WK Real Estate (Boulder, CO); CamTaylor Realtors (Columbus, OH); and Marx-Bensdorf Realtors (Memphis, TN).
Baird & Warner (Chicago, IL) received the Most Innovative Brokerage Award, which honors one brokerage that has made an extraordinary difference for their company and their business community through a program that demonstrates a high level of innovation and creativity. The prestigious Leadership Award, celebrating brokers whose leadership skills and achievements have drawn the attention and admiration of others, was presented Anthony Lamacchia, Lamacchia Realty (Waltham, MA).
Among the top marketing awards was the Best Overall Website, presented The Group Inc. Real Estate (Fort Collins, CO). Most Innovative Office Design was presented to Seven Gables Real Estate (Tustin, CA). The Referral of the Year was presented to Pinnacle Estate Properties, Inc. (Northridge, CA). Winning the Fast Tracker award for outstanding achievement and engagement in the first year of LeadingRE membership was Red Oak Realty (Piedmont, California).
The Crown of Excellence referral awards were given in seven company size categories: Allen Tate Company (Charlotte, NC); Realty Austin (Austin, TX); Beverly-Hanks & Associates (Asheville, NC); Dickens Mitchener (Charlotte, NC); Platinum Group, REALTORS (Colorado Springs, CO); WK Real Estate (Boulder, CO); Marx-Bensdorf Realtors (Memphis, TN); CamTaylor Realtors (Columbus, OH); and Vista Encantada REALTORS, LLC (Albuquerque, NM).
Earning the Million Dollar Award for Highest Valued Outgoing Closings was Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate (Rye Brook, NY). The Global Alliance Club Award for Most Outgoing International Referral Closings was presented to Macdonald Realty Ltd. (Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) and The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties(Miami, FL). Awarded for having the Top 5 Most Closed Outgoing Closings, in order of units, were: WEICHERT, REALTORS (Morris Plains, NJ); Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. (Chantilly, VA); Howard Hanna Real Estate Services (Pittsburgh, PA); Allen Tate Company (Charlotte, NC); and Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate (Rye Brook, NY).
