Located between Grunewald to the west and Ku`Damm to the north, Wilmersdorf is one of the most attractive residential areas in the city with a distinctive green park landscape. The Volkspark Wilmersdorf, which adjoins Schoelerpark to the south and was laid out as a baroque garden, stretches for several kilometers and forms a green ribbon. The ensemble of 28 apartment buildings, which was built in 1931 and is now a listed building, was extensively renovated and partially modernized in 2006. Many baroque elements were used in the design of the large inner courtyard between the houses. The apartment offered here on the raised ground floor is called "Wannsee" and has 2 rooms on almost 50 m². The old, wide, honey-colored floorboards characterize the image of the apartment. The large as well as the small room and the hallway/entrance area are furnished with them. The bathroom with bathtub is cleverly divided and has a window. The kitchen is large enough to integrate a dining area. There is a storage room in the hallway. To move into yourself or as an investment - both are possible here.
