This self catering Family Lodge is close to Ramsgate Beach and shopping centres.
All of the above and more are available in this beautiful home operating as a well-established lodge. Whether you want to use it for permanent living or tenants or continue accommodating holiday makers, the choice is yours. The main house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three separate living areas. From the living room and Bar area you have access to the entertainment area which hosts a fire pit and braai area.
In addition to the main house there are three self-catering units. All Units are en-suite with private entrances and easy access to the garden and pool area. One Unit has an extended balcony (recently rubberized) with an amazing sea view. All Units are fitted with fans, have kitchenettes and open plan living areas. All Units are equipped with prepaid electricity meters and Open View Decoders. The price includes the furniture, Smart TV's, cutlery, crockery, Linen and curtains.
In addition to the self-catering units there are two flats; a one bedroom and a two bedroom. Both have tenants and generates a monthly income.
On the outside there is a laundry and staff quarters. There is a double garage and plenty of parking for guests under a shade port.
The beautiful garden is low maintenance and provides ample space for children to play. Three backup water tanks with pump ensures you have water all year round.
The property was recently painted and the roof and balcony rubberised. Other maintenance done includes the upgrading of wiring and plumbing of the main house and the self-catering units.
The property is fully secured with beams and an alarm system linked to a local armed response company.
