Under its 4m high ceiling, the living room has nearly 30m2 of surface, bathed in light, which is flush with the cut stones. Its view from the large bay window gives the feeling of dominating nature.
From its wooden balcony, a staircase accompanies us to the second terrace dedicated to the swimming pool. Unique in its kind thanks to its glass wall, the swimming pool communicates with the outside and appears as if suspended in the air when viewed from the living room below.

To date, the house is exclusively occupied by tourists who delight in its five-star quality. The dressing areas are converted into extra bedrooms allowing up to five bedrooms and twelve beds. A high profitability is possible with overnight stays between EUR550 and EUR750 depending on the season. Depending on the project, it can fulfill the objectives of a cozy main or secondary residence or even a high-end furnished tourist accommodation.
