This house in typical Tyrolean country house style was built in 1991 on a plot of about 1,000 m² in solid construction and was designed so that the feeling of an apartment never arises. This property realizes the "house in a house" concept, which means that each apartment has its own access. Points of contact with the co-owners are almost non-existent, which contributes significantly to developing a real "house feeling". This is due to the garden surrounding two sides of the house. From the Tyrolean oriel you can enjoy the view of the "Horn" as well as the "Kaiser". The apartment and the entire house are technically and visually in perfect condition. To this apartment belongs a carport parking space as well as an outside parking space.
