ROCKY NECK WATERFRONT FOUR FAMILY W/ COMMERCIAL DEEP WATER CHAP 91 DOCK- The dock can accommodate large fishing boats or multiple pleasure craft.Water rights extends out to the Harbor Commissioner's Line in the harbor. There are 4 residential units, one original to the property and 3 newer units built in 2004. The 2004 building has (2) one bedroom units, and (1) two bedroom unit, all with private decks and sweeping harbor views.
