Welcome to the rural idyll of Bodenbach in the Vulkaneifel. You will be greeted from afar by the extraordinary three steeples of the Apolonia parish church. If you delve further into the tranquil village, you soon realize that peace and quiet is not just a word here, but a living reality. This is exactly how the owners of the former village school, which we are proud to present to you today, felt. This is one of the few village schools of its kind within a radius of 200 km.As soon as you open the garden gate and see this beautiful building with its friendly, petrol-colored shutters, you feel miraculously safe and welcome. Many hours of work and numerous experts were needed to make this unique former school building (not a monument) from 1896 shine in its current splendor. And above all, of course, the creativity and courage of the owners - every detail has been lovingly thought through, repaired and designed down to the smallest corner.Anyone who has ever kissed a house like this awake from its slumber will immediately know what is meant. And if you've never tried it before, then you'll feel right at home in the approx. 387 m² of living space. At the time, the former school building was an all-day school and housed first one and later two multi-age classes. The pupils were taught by a teacher who lived on the upper floor.
