The movie Witness was a blockbuster from the 1980's. It centered on the Amish from Pennslyvania, one of my favorite parts was the barnbuilding scene in where the whole community came together and built a barn. The Amish pride themselves on craftsmanship and this home on Low Gap is no different. Let's start with 11 poured cement walls, 2x6 construction, epoxy coating in garage, lower family room is plumbed and wired for kitchen, lower bath plumbed for shower. This home is built for generations to gather, live and flourish. A true entertainment oasis with chefs kitchen, many outdoor decks and screened living spaces, Kozy Heat fireplaces which can heat the whole home. The downstairs rec/living room is large enough to put on skates and do laps for cardio. Outdoors there is room, elec and sewer for RV, room to build pickle ball court or pool. Large lawn for firepits, games and stories. Lower patio has 220V for hottub, soak in the animals roaming in through the yard. Come witness lake living today.
