The two-family house was built as a half-timbered house around 1900 and was extensively renovated in 1996. All modernizations have been carried out in accordance with the monument protection. The property is located in the Köperberg monument protection area.On the entire ground floor there is a 3-room apartment with a conservatory and a terrace facing the courtyard, which is currently rented.
