We rent a nice 3-room apartment in the basement (ground floor) of an apartment building.The property is idyllically situated slightly above the street. The trees in front of the house protect it from prying eyes.All apartments in the house are currently being completely renovated.The apartment in the basement has a separate entrance. This leads directly into the spacious kitchen. A fitted kitchen is not available and must be provided by the tenant. The floor is tiled - this ensures easy and unproblematic cleaning. The long hallway leads to the open and bright living room on the left. This has cozy laminate flooring in a light wood look. Opposite the living room is a bedroom, which also has laminate flooring.
