This beautiful town villa is located in one of the best residential areas of Radebeul. The property is a typical urban villa and was built in 1905 by architect Max Czopka. In this part of Radebeul, the character of the Wilhelminian-style villa area has been preserved to this day. The property stands on a 780 m² plot and offers approx. 195 m² of living space on 3 floors, above Meißner Straße surrounded by historic villas. The house is divided into basement, first floor, upper floor and attic. Half of this floor has been converted into a small apartment of approx. 19 m², and the attic could be converted to extend the living space. The other 2 floors each offer 3 living rooms on approx. 90 m² of living space and a ceiling height of 3.50 m. On the first floor there is a veranda of approx. 6m² and from the balcony on the upper floor there is a wonderful view of the vineyards. Each apartment has its own gas heating. Out of consideration for the privacy of the residents, we have not included any pictures of the rooms. The house has been modernized and maintained in stages over the last few years; a list of the measures taken can be found in the section on furnishings and description.Nevertheless, some renovation work is now required to bring living in this house up to date. The house would also be perfect as a multi-generational home.We would be happy to show you the property at a viewing appointment.
