Lucas Fox presents this unique property for its historical value, a farmhouse from the post-medieval period dating from the 16th century. It is an emblazoned house, a term that in architecture refers to houses whose facades bear the arms, shields or coats of arms of their current owners or of those who founded them, leaving a record of their former dynastic belonging. The spaciousness of the spaces, its spectacular views of nature and its strategic location in Oiartzun, a few minutes from San Sebastián, the airport or France, stand out. This luxury building was completely rehabilitated, but its original construction elements were recovered in order to preserve its authenticity and create a large family-friendly home for a second residence.
