Imagination, creativity and a sense of wonder. That is what will transform this property into something special. The property is on one of the most popular streets in Rosendal in the Eastern Free State. It borders a greenbelt where a river meanders along the foot of a ridge. The remains of one of the village's original houses are a popular destination for photographers visiting the village. Most of the stand, behind the original house, is big enough for a new structure to be erected, especially if it is a small house, which has become a signature of Rosendal. There are established trees with the "bones" of the original garden that can easily be rehabilitated. The property is located on the northern edge of town but still within walking distance to most of the amenities. It is however removed from the central business area and ideal for someone who wants more privacy and wants to enjoy the quiet of the Eastern Free State. Rosendal, also called the "hidden gem of the Free State" is home to several artists, creatives, writers, poets and people who want to live close to nature in a rural village. The village has active tennis, hiking, cycling, book, crochet and poetry clubs.
