Two distinctive characters define the site context: the sea and the mountain. Located 250m above the sea and some 500m from the coastline, the site benefits from outstanding 180-degree views of the Adriatic Sea, with the island of Sveti Nikola in its background. To the northeast of the site, the peaks and ridges of the mountain Pastovska Gora form the backdrop. Postovska Gora is well known for its stunning trails and hikes.
Mediterranean cypresses were planted along the villas' side facades, softening the modern structures. The landscaped gardens are additionally enriched with indigenous low-growing plants. Sculptural privacy panels along the border between the villas add to privacy and provide a fun, artistic feel. Trees and plants are chosen to survive the local environment with minimal maintenance and watering. A fully automated irrigation system using collected rainwater ensures the well-being of the landscaped gardens.
