The end of an era! Once upon a time only a few families occupied the land in this beachside Dennis neighborhood, and each put their modest Cape house retreat in the spot that suited them best. Now, the last holdout of the Guiliani family has finally decided to part with their special spot. The house itself was built as a three-bedroom home. Over time a wall was removed to combine two bedrooms and make one large guest room/living room area, though it still has a three-bedroom septic system. With a Murphy bed in the sunroom and a finished basement, there is still plenty of room for everyone. In the past 5 years the kitchen was completely remodeled, the wood floors were replaced, new washer/dryer, and basement finished. Walkable to Mayflower Beach, Chapin, and Horsefoot Path, there is no shortage of gorgeous northside Dennis beaches to choose from. Will your family be the next to make their history here?
