The semi-detached house, built around 1938, is located in the southwest of the Sander district of Cäciliengroden near the dyke. The house has a living space of around 120m² and stands on a 775m² plot of land. The house is not rented out.The property makes a very well-kept impression from the outside. Unfortunately, this does not continue on the inside: it is in need of renovation. The former tenants left the house in an extremely run-down state. The remains have already been removed so that the house is ready for gutting. The actual fabric of the building in terms of walls, windows and roof can be described as good. The floors, all pipes, bathrooms and the heating should be renewed. The roofing of the terrace must be removed. The garden and front garden have been maintained by the current owner since the tenants moved out. Two old well bearing apple trees catch the eye.
