This renovation was carried out in a search for harmony and balance with the character of the existing building. The entrance, entirely glazed and crossing, plays on transparency: We discover there through the garden arranged with a wooden terrace, a jacuzzi and a green space. This airlock also makes it possible to connect the hangar on one side and the stone house on the other. The latter has been redesigned to accommodate the night area. It is composed of a large hallway and a bedroom with a shower room and a toilet. The upper floor, for its part, offers three additional bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet. The renovation of the hangar, 'loft inspiration' with its original metal beams, was carried out to let the light through, with its entirely glazed facade and its beautiful high ceilings. The living room, entirely open, accommodates the living room and the fitted kitchen. A staircase leads to a mezzanine, a bedroom with a water point and a toilet. Adjoining the hangar, a large isolated room with underground cellar, allows you to have a garage or an additional independent room. In its extension, a carport offers an additional advantage. At the front of the house, private parking spaces. All on a fully enclosed plot. Close to shops and transport two minutes walk, and five minutes walk from schools and the Parc du Grand Blottereau.
