Beautiful attic apartment on the third floor without lift in the centre of Lesa. It is located within an elegant period building with interesting architectural features. The building consists of only four units. There is a parking space on the ground floor with access to the garden through an automatic gate. The attic is renovated and consists of a large living room, with connections for an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Particularly interesting is the terrace on the south side overlooking the lake, which enjoys great privacy. If desired, this attic can be connected to a flat below it consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Lesa, an Italian municipality of 2150 inhabitants, is located in the province of Novara, on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore. It is located at the northern end of the province's municipalities, along the shore of Lake Maggiore. The municipality of Lesa is a pretty lakeside town of almost 2,400 inhabitants on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore, in an area between the Motta Rossa hill and the lake itself. The town, founded with the first houses on the top of the delta of the Erno river that flows into the lake, developed over time where the lake basin offered shelter from the winds. The particularly mild climate has therefore given the municipality of Lesa the characteristic of being one of the most popular tourist centres on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore. Around the centre it is possible to take wonderful walks in the green under the shade of chestnut and fruit trees, such as the famous peach orchards that, in the past, constituted the real local economy. Among the monuments, mention must be made of the splendid Villa Riva whose park, however, was unfortunately disfigured by the passage of the railway in the 19th century. Numerous architecturally impressive manor villas were built in the 18th and 19th centuries around the ancient core, which features a beautiful lakeside promenade.
