Infinite House is the newest development in Quinta da Marinha, one of Cascais’ most prestigious neighborhoods. Cascais is renowned for its natural beauty and mild climate, with varied landscapes that include golden sandy beaches, towering cliffs, and sheltered coves. Located within the Lisbon metropolitan region, the Cascais coast faces the Atlantic Ocean and enjoys excellent year-round sun exposure, making it the perfect location for those who enjoy nature while remaining close to the city center. The site covers a plot of 1,499m², extending 34m deep and 42m wide on flat terrain, providing the setting for the luxurious Infinite House—a contemporary masterpiece featuring innovative design, cutting-edge architectural features, and a harmonious concept. The design of Infinite House incorporates elements of the numbers 8 and 0, symbolizing continuity, balance, and infinite potential. From an aerial view, the house takes the shape of an infinity symbol, composed of two interconnected oval structures with 3D-printed concrete facades. The Infinite House is a two-story building with a basement level, positioned on the northeast side of the plot. On the southwest side, you’ll find a pool, central water patio, and firepit. A monumental staircase adjacent to this area leads to a rooftop terrace with ocean views. The part of the house inspired by the number 8 symbolizes abundance and continuous flow, with fluid spaces that integrate every room and large windows that connect the interior to the exterior. The section inspired by the number 0 focuses on contemplation, featuring a meditation zone and a water patio surrounded by rooms, symbolizing tranquility and potential. The minimalist rooms offer both sunrise and sunset views, reflecting the continuous cycle of life. A wide range of luxurious amenities are available at Infinite House. An expansive walkway leads to spacious living areas, including a TV area, living room, and fireplace. The large dining and kitchen areas, featuring both an enclosed kitchen and kitchen island, are ideal for entertaining in any setup. The property also includes multiple guest suites, each with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a balneary, lift, powder rooms, cold storage, gym, laundry room, and technical spaces. Outside, the house is framed by water features, including a pool deck, swimming pool, waterfalls, sauna area, and a rooftop terrace, all surrounded by landscaped gardens, harmoniously completing this balanced and serene retreat in the heart of Cascais.
