This early twentieth century home is proudly perched on the corner of Luttrell Street and N Third Avenue in the popular Fourth & Gill historic neighborhood. Designed by local architect of national notoriety, George F Barber, the home was built around the turn of the twentieth century. The plan of 703 Luttrell Street was advertised in Barber's 1901 catalog, Modern Dwellings: A Book of Practical Plans for Those Who Wish to Build or Beautify Their Homes. The home has been well loved by the current owner and features high ceilings, spacious rooms, vintage details, and a more modern two car garage.
