Tucked away in a quiet area on the outskirts of the town of Mancor de la Vall, there is a fascinating old building with a story to tell. Built centuries ago, it has that classic charm that makes you wonder about its history, which begins in the 18th century. On the first floor, you have the typical living spaces, such as a cozy living room with a wood stove, a kitchen and a couple of bedrooms. One of them even has its own bathroom and dressing room. Outside, there is a lovely green area, garden and terrace with plenty of spots to relax, have a barbecue and take a dip in the pool. Upstairs, things get interesting. There's a mix of rooms, some used for art projects and quiet reflection, while others are for sleeping and getting ready for the day. And don't miss the absolutely stunning rooftop views, with panoramic views of the city and mountains. In the middle of it all, there's a lovely old fountain and a courtyard leading to the rooftop. In addition, there is plenty of parking and a garage with capacity for three cars.Contact us for more information and book a viewing!
