A unique half-timbered ensemble is for sale, consisting of the main house, garage house (4-storey) with a versatile attic, historic bakery and a double carport adapted to the building style on a plot of approx. 3,300 m² with a beautiful swimming pond directly accessible from the main house. The main house has approx. 294 m² of living space and was extensively rebuilt at its current location in 1991 using many historic components from the 18th century. The gas heating system was renewed in 2015 and there is underfloor heating throughout the first floor. The approx. 96 m² living hall with a ceiling height of approx. 3 meters, the open ceiling construction, a wood-burning stove and a further connection for a fireplace make a breathtaking impression upon entering!Leading off from the living hall, there are 2 further rooms and two exits to the hallway and the two staircases to the upper floor. The hallway also leads to the kitchen and a further room with access to a partial cellar, which is currently used as a wine cellar. The upper floor has a total of 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC as well as access to the converted attic. The garage house was newly built in 1991 as a half-timbered building; the heating technology for the building ensemble is currently located in one of the four garage bays. The attic offers a further 100 m² of floor space for a variety of uses. When designing the entire ensemble, attention was naturally paid to achieving a harmonious overall appearance, starting with the use of clay tiles for the roof covering, through the paving of the paths and the courtyard area, to the reconstruction of a historic bakery on the property.Describing all the details here would go beyond the scope of an exposé, so let the pictures inspire you and arrange a viewing appointment!
