The house was built as a villa in 1937 (according to the energy certificate). At that time, the entrance to a garage was still in the annex next to the house. The garage was later converted into a room and the garage door was replaced by a door.In the 1970s, the house was converted into a two-family house with two separate residential units. The upper floor was extended by adding a storey to the extension and placing a balcony over part of the terrace, as well as removing the pitched roof in the second room and inserting a panoramic window. The attic is accessed via a pull-out ladder from the upper floor and offers additional space. The house has a full basement. The house is heated by an oil-fired central heating system, which was replaced at the end of the 1980s; the burner and control electronics were later replaced again. The house is connected to the sewerage system. The first floor originally consisted of three rooms, one of which (Room 1) had a bay window with windows to the east, south and west. The bay window room is connected to the neighboring room (room 2) via a passageway with a sliding glass door, which is still in its original state. Both rooms still have the old parquet flooring. Rooms 2 and 3 face the street. The bathroom on the first floor has been freshly renovated with a barrier-free shower. Room 1 and the kitchen have access to a large terrace and the garden. In the kitchen there is a passageway to room 4 (annex), which is a few steps below. The upper floor originally consisted of two rooms. In additionthere was also the kitchen and a small dining area. A later extension(extension), two steps lead from the dining area to a third room and from there to a balcony. The kitchen, dining area and this room offer a view of the garden. In the second room with a view to the south, the sloping roof was straightened and a panoramic window inserted.
