We would like to introduce you to the pearl of Prague real estate. It is a Baroque house with a rich history, which stands right on Kampa in Mala Strana, in one of the most romantic corners of Prague.
The dominant feature you will immediately notice is the entrance portal, above which are two cartouches framed by rich rococo stucco. The upper cartouche depicts the Infant Jesus of Prague and the lower one a blue fox with a vine branch in its mouth.
On the ground floor of the two-storey house we find a central hall, a separate toilet and four rooms. From the central hall, stairs lead to the first floor and the cellar. This consists of two rooms of 11 and 17 m2.
On the first floor there are four rooms, a hallway, a hall, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and an entrance to the courtyard. The rooms on the left side overlook the park.
The second floor consists of a large bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, cloakroom and an interestingly designed space with kitchen and fireplace of 91 m2, from where a staircase leads to a gallery with access to the terrace.
In the immediate vicinity there are the Liechtenstein Palace, the French Embassy, the Werich Villa, the memorial plaque of Zdenek Wirth, the Nostitz Palace, the Mettych Palace of Cecov, the Karel Zeman Museum, the memorial plaque of Adolf Kaspar, the Harmony Statue, the statue of Bruncvik and many other attractions.
It is a very representative and valuable building. Do not hesitate to contact us for a tour.
