This traditional guesthouse is situated on a sunny plot of approx. 2,091 m² below the Buchensteinwand. The view extends from the Leoganger Steinberge in the east to the Wildseeloder in the west. From here you can reach the valley station of the Fieberbrunn cable car and the entrance to the "Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn" ski area in approx. 5 minutes by car.The property consists of the main house with catering facilities with space for a total of approx. 100 people and the seven apartments as well as an outbuilding. This consists of storage areas and a garage with workshop on the lower floor. The garden of the outbuilding can be used as an outdoor location/beer garden, while the top floor of the outbuilding offers space for up to 90 people and can be used as an indoor event location. The location right next to a very popular cycling and hiking trail attracts many guests to the guest garden.The traditional inn was originally an agricultural property with meadows and woods and was built in 1901 according to inscriptions in the First. In 1954, the building was converted into an inn with a small grocery store for the first time, and the dining room was added at the same time.The next major renovation initiative was between 1971 and 1972, when for the first time all rooms were fitted with showers / WCs, a minibar, TVs and telephones for a 3*** hotel.In 2020 and 2021, the building was completely revitalized and renovated.
