This pretty, open-plan leisure cottage with a view from the living room to a gallery that can be used for sleeping gives you a well-deserved vacation feeling with its paddle boat and sun terrace. The open kitchen remains in the house and makes you want to cook and have a cozy get-together. On colder days, the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth. Or you can use the electric underfloor heating that has been installed in the kitchen and living area. The hallway leads to the floor-to-ceiling tiled shower room and the basement, which offers a variety of uses with its large terrace elements. The building services and utility room are located directly next to it.A stone staircase leads from the basement via a small shaded terrace directly into the idyllic garden with a view of the former clay pit, which now serves as a small lake for anyone seeking relaxation. A rustic and beautifully laid out outhouse for tools, garden equipment, lawnmowers, garden furniture and more is just a short walk away. A jetty on the lake allows you to moor a small boat. A pump installed there is used to water the large garden. The property is connected to the electricity grid. A water pipe is available in the street and can be laid on the property. Water from the well is currently used. The waste water is collected in a 3.5 m³ septic tank and disposed of by the Eberswalde waste water association by arrangement. All in all, a beautiful piece of nature where you can relax and unwind. If we have aroused your curiosity, we look forward to hearing from you!
