Enter Palacio del Arte, a unique residence evoking the dramatic grandeur and inspiring opulence of the arts. Formerly part of the iconic estate, Villa Opera, this home offers an independent large loft and as well as an independent guest house built with an inspiration of a medieval tower, providing an interesting fusion of historical charm and modern comfort.
As you enter through the antique wooden front door, you're greeted by the grandeur of the ‘Music Room’. This is a neoclassical gem inspired by a Newport mansion and the Petit Trianon palace in Versailles, which exudes a Great Gatsby ambiance. This expansive space, adorned with celestial and sunset painted ceilings by the renowned muralist Polly Stark, sets the stage for elegant gatherings and artistic inspiration. With excellent acoustics, a grand fireplace, and enough space to accommodate up to 100 guests, it's no wonder that celebrated opera singers and the Youth Orchestra Symphony have graced the room's stage.
Beyond the Music Room lies a large billiards room complete with its own private patio, wet bar, four toilet stalls, and a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
Adjacent to the ‘Music Room’ stands a medieval tower, conjuring the romance of knights and dragons. With its gothic architecture and leaded glass windows offering views of the surrounding gardens, the tower provides a serene retreat for relaxation and creativity. The first floor features a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, while the second floor boasts a spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom, enveloping you in luxury and tranquility.
Outside, discover the lush gardens of Palacio del arte, where winding pathways lead to secluded spots and mature mesquite trees. With fragrant blooms and grand hidden fountains, the grounds invite you to explore and unwind in nature's embrace.
Experience the magic of Palacio del arte, where history, art, and imagination converge to create a truly inspiring space.
