In the middle of the old town center of Altendiez stands an ensemble of an approx. 350-year-old half-timbered house and two outbuildings (barn and coach house). The residential building is a listed building and any necessary renovation work must be coordinated with the monument protection authority. Many of the old, endearing details are still present and are waiting to be rediscovered. Last year, four windows in the living room were renovated in line with historical requirements. The house offers space for up to four people (family with two children) or living + working under one roof.In addition to the necessary budget for the renovation costs (min. 250,000 to 300,000 € estimated), a lot of enthusiasm and passion is certainly required, but after the renovation you will live in a real monument with a unique aura.An exciting project for lovers of old buildings with their irretrievable aura.
