This beautiful six-room, approx. 198sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building complex that stands out from the standard architecture of its time - this was the idea of master builder Riehmer, which he implemented with bravura. In the age of industrialization, residential development in this area was rather characterized by dense development of tenement houses. "Riehmer" rejected this concept, focusing instead on upscale residential quality and designed a complex of 18 buildings with a private street and spacious garden areas in between. The courtyard garden is more than an urban oasis. The landscape design attempts to use it in a variety of ways: In addition to quiet retreats embedded in varied planting, there will be meeting zones for social gatherings under old trees, as well as nature-oriented play areas and a boules court. Horticultural elements such as suspended wooden benches, natural stones and sculptures with paths and planting beds will blend in harmoniously. The buyers will be pleased with the first occupancy after the renovation of the apartment.
