The semi-detached house, built in 1957, stands on a plot of approx. 531 m² and offers a living space of approx. 119 m². The property has a total of 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious terrace and a beautiful garden. The house is suitable for both one and two families.The house is currently used as a detached house.
