The house is located in a residential area next to the natural reserve of Es Carnatge.The neighborhood is great, you have a breeze from being next to the beach which you can even see from the living room.All the amenities are walking distance from the property and you are close to Palma and some of the most popular calas and towns.The house is in very good condition, the kitchen has been renovated not too long ago and the living and dining area are very cozy with partial sea views.All the rooms are facing the garden or a terrace, there is a porch with beautiful beams in the back of the house which is a great area for barbecues, dinners with family and friends and for a cup of coffee in the morning.There is a walk-in closet with a lot of room and an extra space in the attic of the house for storing or to convert it in something else.You will love how much natural light you get inside all year long.
