The main house is a two-storey building with a rectangular floor plan. The house was probably built in the mid-19th century and faces directly onto the market. The street front is approx. 15 m long and the building is approx. 10 m deep. The two entrances are at ground level, the building has no basement and the attic is fully developed. There is currently a shoe store on the ground floor, two office units on the upper floor and three apartments on the top floor.Originally built as a half-timbered house, most of the ground floor was subsequently renovated in solid construction.A two-storey side wing is located on the courtyard side as a purely half-timbered building. In front of the main house is a two-and-a-half-storey extension, also half-timbered. In front of this is the three-storey staircase. The massive staircase is a new construction and was only built in the course of the general renovation in 1995.The store is equipped with a staff WC, the large office with men's and women's WCs and each apartment with a tiled shower room. The "old warehouse" stands at the rear of the courtyard and is in a ruinous condition. It consists of a four-storey main building and a wing building. The granary was built in accordance with its purpose using simple construction methods and has not been used commercially for decades. All parts of the building and structural elements date back to the time of construction and are now worn or destroyed. Inside, some of the walls and ceilings have already collapsed or only remain as half-timbered skeletons. Due to the ruinous condition, the only option would be demolition or renovation or partial renovation through conversion into apartments or offices.Residential and commercial space:Store on the ground floor: 154 m²Large office on the upper floor: 88 m²Small office on the upper floor: 28 m²WHG 1 in the attic: 50 m²WHG 2 in the attic: 37 m²WHG 3 in the DG: 44 m²Annual rental income: € 22,524.00
