Vacant Land situated on a little hill ,with a magnificent view of Hopefield. A cul-de-sac street surrounded by fields and a playground near by for the children perfect to build your own style family home in this beautiful town.
Hopefield is a West Coast town, surrounded by delicate fynbos and waving green wheat in winter, and is a historic town in the heart of the Sandveld, bisected by the Zoute River. Its origins date back to 1851 when farmers donated money to build the majestic whitewashed Dutch Reformed Church and today two of the original farms in the town are National Heritage Sites.
Attractions include the beautiful Hopefield Dutch Reformed Church built in 1879 where the original organ still plays on Sundays, examples of the Hartebeeshuisie traditional homes of the area and the historical Cape Dutch homesteads, Coenradenburg and Langrietvlei.
Hopefield is also home to a new wind farm, where the quietly spinning turbines generate electricity.
If you love fishing or boating, Langebaan and Velddrift is just a 30 min drive from Hopefield for your enjoyment.
