Lucas Fox exclusively presents this historic stone house whose origins date back to the 14th century, located on a hill at the foot of the iconic Foixà castle, from where it offers wonderful open views of the countryside. This charming stone house was initially renovated in 1992 and subsequently in 2020 by its current owner, offering a perfect combination of traditional and modern architecture. From the exterior, the house presents an imposing façade, with solid stone walls, which dates back to the origin of the castle, built in the second half of the 13th century, although it is documented for the first time at the beginning of the 11th century. The private garden is distributed on different levels and has a saline chlorination pool, ideal for relaxing in the hottest months. The interior spaces are designed to maximize the entry of natural light and offer panoramic views, mainly from the porch and terrace, while maintaining original architectural elements such as vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors or exposed stone walls. A unique building in the area, due to its excellent location and panoramic views, its high historical value and its medium size that requires little maintenance.
