Unique Estates is pleased to present the complex Omaya. A small piece of paradise, nestled at the foot of the Slavic Mountains near the villages of Gaitaninovo and Gotse Delchev. If you are looking for the comfort and tranquility of home, a place to escape from the city noise and tension, then here you will find your little paradise for your family, friends, or event.
Omaya Eco Village has seven houses unique in architecture and furniture, built entirely of natural materials. Each of them strikes with the wild imagination of its creator, as if out of a fairy-tale, unreal world. They are located on a vast territory of 500 decares and are nestled between forest, colorful meadows, and natural lakes. Apart from the wonderful nature and houses made of fairy tales, this holiday village offers all the extras necessary for your good time. The complex also has a winery, preserving the harvest grown in its own fertile vineyards, a shop and two restaurants, which offer organic food from its own farm with a closed production cycle.
On the complex property you can enjoy endless opportunities for outdoor sports with the swimming pool, horseback riding, fishing, table tennis, and bicycles for cycling and eco-tourism. In the clear waters of the natural lake, at your disposal are the water facilities for an unforgettable experience.
The Magic House is called the house of lovers and for good reason. A winding path takes you to a house hidden in an enchanting grove. Everything in it is round. The symbol of the circle recurs throughout the interior design. The magic hovers in the smallest details. This house features a common area with bedroom, table with separate seating area, fireplace, and a full bath.
The Fairytale House is the emblematic house of the village. The personification of the fairytale residence in Omaya. Nature, architecture, and interior are in perfect symbiosis. The mosses and branches intertwine, and we are mysteriously captivated by the feeling of connection with the forest and everything around us. This house consists of a common area with bedroom, table with separate seating area, fireplace, and a full bath.
The Forest House is comfortably furnished, with two separate beds, a fireplace, a small kitchen, a dining table, a full bath, and a lot of forest spirit and mood. Easily accessible, immersed in wildflowers, close to the outdoor pool, and all activities of the village.
The Air House lives up to both the name and the construction of the house, as its chimney keeps it in the air. House Air is an open plan, both rooms have a shared fireplace and bathroom. The bedroom features a large bed and in the living room there is an extra bed, as well as a table in front of the fireplace, the window, the forest, and the stars.
Down a long road is Shell House, the path winds between the trees in the forest, crosses strange bridges over rushing streams, and leads you to a house like a shell. You arrive in a cozy, stylish, very artistic modern clay house. In it you will find all the comforts of modernity. Nestled and merged with nature. The house is spacious, with a bedroom and an extra bed, a fireplace, and a full bath.
Tunnels House is dug into the mountain slope, the rooms of this house pass like a tunnel into each other and lead you to the forest meadow and the pond in front of it. Some liken it to a house of trolls and stone giants, others to secret forest creatures, but one thing is for sure, when you are in it, you are in an enchanting tale from your childhood. Tunnel House is comprised of a common area with bedroom, table with separate seating area, fireplace, and a full bath.
Lake House was built on the shores of one of the lakes in the village and fenced own yard. The house has two separate rooms with double beds and individual bathrooms to each of them. They are connected by a common room with an equipped kitchen and a dining room with a bench and bed. The large fireplace adds extra comfort and charm. In front of the house there is a veranda with a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. On the lawn in front of the house there are sunbeds and separate seating areas.
