If you’re seeking an income-generating property in a stunning location, look no further! This property is within walking distance to the shop, library, hardware, and bottle store, as well as the lively social club, bowls, and several hiking trails.
Overlooking the indigenous forest and beautiful waterfalls, the views are truly breathtaking. Unlike most in Hogsback, the property features five unique long-term rental units, which are short-term holiday rentals. Each unit offers privacy and overlooks a well-maintained, sloping garden.
Water is supplied by a privately maintained mountain water scheme, which remains reliable even during a drought. A large concrete reservoir and three 5000L JoJo tanks ensure a constant water supply, though there is also a municipal supply if needed. Electricity is provided by Eskom, with each unit having a prepaid meter. The sewage system, water reticulation, and electricity have all been upgraded, and four units are equipped with gas connections.
