Hotel „Per Astra' is situated in the small baroque town of Perast which is under the protection of UNESCO, as a cultural and historical heritage. Perast, as an absolute highlight of the Bay of Kotor, is also one of the most beautiful baroque towns in Montenegro.
As a former sailor center, it still shines with marvelous buildings, pretty churches, and a romantic waterfront.
The hotel „Per Astra' was finished in 2009 and the first operating year is 2010. The hotel operates in 2 buildings, one smaller and one bigger house, with a total surface area of 969m2., on the plot of 1.290m2.
'Per Astra' was awarded by WBA as the best small hotel in Montenegro in 2011.
The hotel has 11 luxurious suites, each differently designed ranging from 36m2 - 99m2.
Regarding the capacity, 6 of them have a double bed (200 x 200) + sofa which can be transformed into extra bed (150 x 190) and their capacity is 2+2.
The other 5 suites are equipped with double bed and there can sleep, max 2 persons.
The maximum capacity of the hotel is 34 persons without baby cots.
The larger house consists of a ground floor with a surface of 198,74 m2 and three floors with apartments of a total surface of 574,10 m2.
On the ground floor, there is reception, an office with a small apartment - a room, a restaurant, a kitchen, and a laundry.
There are 8 apartments on the other three floors, 6 on the second and 2 on the third floor.
The small house consists of 4 levels: the ground level and three upper levels.
On the ground level, there is a wellness center. Together with a hallway, they occupy an area of 63,72 m2.
In a small house on each upper level, there is one apartment and all three apartments have a total area of 206,85 m2, which together with the ground floor gives the total surface of a small house of 270,57 m2.

This hotel is 13km away from Kotor, 22km from Tivat airport, and 55km from Dubrovnik airport. The nightlife and bustle of the Old Town of Kotor are only a 15-minute, while the luxurious Porto Montenegro Marina with all its attractions is only a 25-minute drive away.
