The "Ilmwerk" is the new location for your business ideas in a central location of Germany. Here, on ground steeped in history, a modern and climate-friendly commercial and industrial area is being created in the university town of Ilmenau.Planned are rooms for office and administrative activities as well as storage, logistics and production areas. Thanks to needs-oriented planning, future tenants will be able to actively shape their new workspaces.In the course of the expansion, photovoltaic systems are installed on the roof, which will produce a nominal output of approximately 5 MW peak. The aim is to be self-sufficient in terms of energy and to create the site with a flexible and efficient energy system.The offered production and storage areas are located within the building parts 12 and 13, respectively, they are provided herein. The areas extend over two levels. With a ceiling height of 4.4 m and 7.5 m and a column grid of 6 x 6 m, the "Ilmwerk" offers great design space. Natural daylight enters the production facilities via the "shed roof". The floor of the areas is made of concrete, can be driven over and withstands a high weight load.Access is via doors, gates or ramps.
