Attractive building plots between nature and the city center in a residential area with only 17 plots.On offer are 2 building plots with plot sizes of 535 m² and 587 m². An official development plan defines the framework for building. The plots are extensively developed. The water, sewage, electricity and telecommunications lines have already been laid on the plots. There is no obligation to build or a time limit for construction. The access road is a private road that ends with a "turning hammer". The road currently belongs to all 17 property owners on a pro rata basis and is jointly managed. The purchase of a plot of land is associated with the acquisition of an ideal co-ownership share of 1/17 of the private access road and the green areas.
