Nice two story townhouse, that was gutted and remodeled in 2015, including flooring, laminate kitchen countertops, backsplash, vanities, two new toilets, kitchen sink, and carpet. There are two large bedrooms, and one full bathroom, and one half bath. The furnace and A/C unit were replaced in 2018, with a transferrable 10 year warranty for the furnace. The roof on the building and the carport were both replaced in 2018 as well. There was a new front picture window installed on 10/4/24. Current HOA monthly includes a raise to cover the cost of the building and port roofs. This started in 2018, and is scheduled to go back down in 2028. Normal HOA was 171 per month.
