Lucas Fox presents this fantastic Agricultural Building with a luxurious Villa You will be in a natural setting, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with excellent connections and just 25 kilometres from Valencia. In fact, less than a kilometre away, there is a metro station and less than three kilometres away, the towns of La Eliana and Pobla de Vallbona. The house is of high construction quality and a careful selection of interior materials, with almost 1,000m2 built with spacious rooms and more than 7 bedrooms. It is protected by a double fenced security perimeter and surrounded by a large garden with two swimming pools, barbecue area and hundreds of palm trees of various species. La Finca is dedicated to the cultivation of irrigated citrus fruits, specifically the Satsuma mandarin variety and the Fukumoto Navel orange variety, both of which are harvested early. This is a building in full growth of its crops due to the young age of the trees. All the trees of the Fukumoto Navel variety present are between 9 and 10 years old. The number of trees on La Finca has subsequently been doubled by intercropping with the already existing variety, trees of the Satsuma variety. Depending on the area, trees of 2, 4 or 8 years old can be found. In total, it is estimated that there are 6,200 Fukumoto Navel orange trees and 13,138 Satsuma mandarin trees. All plots are irrigated automatically, with water obtained from a well owned by the company, extracted with a pump at 3 kg of pressure, reaching each of the irrigation sectors with 1.5 kg of pressure. The irrigation sectors are designed every 20,000 m2.
