The real estate property is located in the Municipality of Torrebelvicino (VI) in the hills. It is located on the top of a hill, surrounded by the mountains of the Monte Pasubio massif, five minutes by road (all paved) from the town of Schio about five kilometers away. The total area is about 70,000 square meters, divided into about four hectares of meadows and cultivated, the remaining wooded.
The main house consists of a former district, a building with three floors above ground of about 800 square meters, completely renovated in 1997 and in perfect condition. Composed of 18 rooms, eight bathrooms and other technical and service rooms. For tax purposes it is divided into three distinct properties. There are also garages for 10 cars, barns, workshops and cellars for another 600 square meters. The house has an 11.5 kW photovoltaic system that allows almost total autonomy of electricity and receives about 5,000 euros per year of production incentives. There is also a completely fenced swimming pool of about 10 meters in diameter which was restored with replacement of the coating in 2015.
The property is completely fenced with a 140 cm high galvanized heavy net and is recognized as “Closed Fund” by the Regional legislation and therefore with no access and no hunting. In addition to the flat meadows there are: a vineyard planted in 2004 with about 160 vines and an olive grove of about 60 plants aged 30 to 10 years with a production of about 50 liters of extra virgin olive oil per year. There are also about 50 various fruit plants. The woods are mainly composed of hornbeam, beech and other valuable timber trees.
