This beautiful old ''Grafschafter Haus'' was rebuilt after the war in 1947 and converted into two semi-detached houses. On offer here is the right half of the house, which was later supplemented in 1955 with the garage and last took place in 1961 the addition, or extension of the upper floor. The house half was built solidly and is in large parts basement. These old settlement houses have your special charm and always develop to the rear, by the living space extensions. In former times the upper floor served as a granny annexe, but with today's living requirements it lives large on two floors. Through the many windows, the rooms shine bright and friendly. On the ground floor you have through wall openings a large dining room and a connected living room. Further through you reach the spacious kitchen-living room, where the daily life around the cooking pot takes place with pleasure. Further to the rear through the hallway you get on the one hand to the daylight bathroom (tub) and on the other hand to the covered terrace. From here you can enjoy the beautiful garden, protected from the wind and sun, and watch your children play. The garden extends far into the hinterland and has been landscaped by beautiful shrubs easy to maintain. Of course, it still offers you plenty of your own interpretation to realize. At the end of the property you will enjoy 2 brick garden sheds, which provide you with plenty of storage space for your garden tools. In the upper floor/attic you will find a bedroom, a very large bedroom as a passage room (formerly living room) with access to the surrounding balcony. Behind it is another room that used to be the kitchen and another modernized bathroom also with tub and daylight. In the basement you will find the usual boiler room, a large storage room and a large laundry room with outside basement staircase that leads to the garage courtyard. The yard area is closed with a double-leaf gate and you can park one or two cars here in front of the garage. From here you can also get through a garden door directly to the terrace.Of course, such an old settlement house has its corners and edges, which still need to be brought into line with the modernizations, but for this the beautiful garden and the good location compensate you for all the effort.
