On the edge of the municipality of Marxuquera, just 5km from Gandía and 8km from the sea, is this charming hotel, whose construction has maintained the original Valencian architecture. Despite this, it offers the most modern facilities and modern comforts. These include air-conditioning and heating throughout, full insulation, wiring and maintenance systems. The main building stands in the middle of the garden and occupies an area of about 520m2. The spacious and luxurious suites and several charming and modern communal areas, such as the living room, dining room, library, entrance hall and a large modern kitchen, are located in this large space. All surrounded by 2.000m2 of green gardens adorned with leafy trees, manicured lawns, paths and corners that invite you to retreat and relax. The atmosphere is one of peace and tranquillity and allows you to enjoy the typical Valencian landscape, orange groves flanked by mountains. The main road winds its way through several tall trees until it reaches the entrance courtyard. The sense of peace and tranquillity increases as you enter the interior of the house, which is lined with white moulded walls contrasting with the terracotta tiles. The predominant style of the interior is elegant and typically Spanish, opulent yet cosy. The suites offer space, style and comfort. Each has a private living room and a luxurious bathroom. Outside, there are various terraces totalling over 200m2, from a large rooftop terrace to small private spots from which to enjoy the sun and views of the open countryside, of which 1,500m2 of orange trees belong to the property. This haven of peace is located close to the tourist resort of Gandía, one of the best known in the province of Valencia. The long sandy beaches of the Mediterranean also stretch a short distance away, a coastline full of charm that combines cliffs, coves and protected nature reserves with modern resorts and golf courses. The hinterland is home to small typical whitewashed villages surrounded by mountains, not forgetting that close by is the road to the vibrant city of Valencia.
