The single-family house, located on a slight slope, has a terraced, well-kept garden on two levels and a garage with parking space in front. The house has a white-painted, double-skin exposed brickwork all around. The gable to the east is covered with dark slate, to the west a complete glass front with balcony in front of it captivates the optics.A staircase from the street leads to the front door. In the hallway on the right is a room and the guest toilet, through the next door you reach another hallway and the stairs to the upper floor and basement. A glass door delimits the spacious living room, which has a large window and a sliding door to the terrace to the west. In the further one comes into a dining room and the kitchen.
