Coming from the driveway you drive over a large paved forecourt into the very spacious double garage and from there you enter the house at ground level and dry. From the house you can reach the garden at ground level on all sides via large French doors. Due to the positioning of the house, the greatest distance between the house and the property boundary is to the south. The largest garden area faces south to west, but there is also a large garden area to the south-east, which is very refreshing in summer. The house is designed in a Mediterranean style, with wood as a building element for the windows, the conservatory and the supports for the roof overhangs. The house is flooded with light thanks to the large glass surfaces, but does not overheat in summer thanks to the roof overhangs. You can also enjoy shaded areas everywhere. Even the conservatory does not heat up excessively - with the exception of a few exceptionally hot days. The house faces almost due south, with the living area facing south-west to south-east.GROUND FLOOR:On the first floor, you enter via the double garage or the front door into a vestibule with WC and checkroom and from there into the spacious hallway, from which the staircases lead to the basement and the upper floor. The hallway leads to the study on the right and the spacious kitchen on the left. A pantry with direct access is integrated here. From the kitchen you reach the spacious and bright living room, which is equipped with a fireplace, via the dining room. The conservatory, which extends over two floors, is located in front of the living room. The central living area leads to the library. Throughout the first floor, large glass surfaces and roof overhangs provide both light and shade.FIRST FLOOR:The rooms on the upper floor extend all the way up to the roof and are clad with segmented, light-colored wooden ceilings. Two (children's) rooms and a (children's) bathroom lead off the exceptionally spacious hallway, from which you can look out into the garden through the upper part of the conservatory, as well as the very spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with sauna and adjoining interior dressing room. The two rooms on the west side and the bedroom and parents' bathroom on the east side each lead onto a balcony under the roof overhang.BASEMENT:The basement covers the entire house; only the vestibule and the double garage do not have a basement. There are spacious areas here that serve as storage space as well as a separate wine cellar.Another room is furnished in the style of Japanese interior design with partially sliding shoji walls and can be used as a living room. From here, three floor-to-ceiling French doors, which are protected from the outside by a metal structure, lead to the cellar terrace in the north-east of the property, from where a staircase leads up to the garden. There is also a separate tea room within the cellar room. The very spacious boiler room can be used as a workshop. The various connection systems are handed over in a separate connection room within the boiler room.
