Located on the hills in the south of Florence, in a dominant position, surrounded by a large garden that forms a terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery. Through the entrance gate to the property you get to a clearing with a pond of water lilies from which you can see the stone structure of the farmhouse dating back to 1000. The exterior is enriched by spaces equipped and decorated with various types of herbs typical of the Mediterranean.. The property is distributed on two levels connected by two internal and external stairs.. On the ground floor we find the double living room with fireplace, the kitchen with walls covered in Sicilian majolica and a sink in reclaimed marble, the private dining room, the second dining room, two living rooms, the oven room, a service and a closet.. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, a large closet, four bathrooms and two terraces. The rooms have handmade terracotta floors and living rooms in recovered terracotta. The ceilings have beams and bricks cleaned and painted in various shades. The walls have been left partly rustic and partly plastered and painted with natural shades of beige, ivory and soft yellow. The stained glass of the portico, constructed to measure by a local craftsman, reminds of a greenhouse.. One of the rooms, formerly a chapel, is characterized by a loft built in the late nineteenth century, which is accessed by a staircase in lacquered wood. The property includes a pergola for summer dinners, a garage of 40 square meters. ca., a technical room and a surrounding land of 36,000 square meters.
